The Jordan Anti-Doping Organization (JADO), in cooperation with the Jordan Olympic Committee, conducted a series of awareness sessions targeting athletes and coaches participating in the 3rd Asian Youth Games 2025, scheduled to be held in the Kingdom of Bahrain from 22–31 October 2025. More than 240 athletes and coaches from various sports took part in the program.
The sessions were delivered by JADO staff members:
• Mrs. Seena Hatuqay, Head of the Education Department
• Ms. Kifah Taha, Head of the Scientific Department
• Mr. Yazan Monther, Head of the Testing and Investigations Department
The awareness program included six training sessions for athletes titled “Talented Athletes Participating in Major Sports Events”, in addition to two sessions for coaches titled “ADEL Education Program for High-Performance Coaches”.
These courses were implemented through the ADEL online learning platform of the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA). At the conclusion of the training, participants received internationally recognized certificates issued by WADA, which serve as a mandatory requirement for participation in the Asian Youth Games.
These sessions aim to enhance awareness of doping risks and reinforce the values of clean sport among athletes and coaches, contributing to their preparation for fair competition in accordance with international anti-doping standards.
